How do I get into contact with you?

Is there a Lolli's Cakes storefront?

We currently do not own a storefront, we are a home based small business.

When will my order be shipped out?

All orders are shipped out on Tuesdays! Place your order by Saturday to get it shipped out the following Tuesday

How long does shipping take?

USPS Priority mail packages usually arrive in 1-3 Business days.

My Package Tracking Says "Delivered", But I havent Recieved it."

We recommend that you wait til the next business day, to see if USPS delivers it then. If it still doesn't turn up, you should check with your neighbors. The last step you should take is contacting your local post office, to see if they are holding your package. If none of these solutions work out, contact us so that we can get to the bottom of your situation!

My Products Arrived Damaged or Defected; What do I do now?

If any items in your package arrived damaged, please email us with photographic proof, and then we will fix your problem!

How long is order processing time?

Order processing time is 2-7 days.

Why is the shipping menu so limited?

We only ship select baked goods which will hold well throughout transit. We are unable to ship chocolate covered treats, due to the risk of melting or cracking. Lastly, we do not ship full cakes, due to the risk of melting or collapsing.

Why dont you ship world wide?

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship internationally, due to high shipping prices and long shipping times.

I put the wrong shipping address in, what do I do now?

If you have typed your address incorrectly, email us immediately with your order number, name, and correct shipping address. We will then update the information for you! If your order has already been shipped out with the wrong address, there is unfortunately nothing we can do.

How do I warm my cookies or brownies?

Our baked goods definitely taste best warm! Option 1: Place them in the microwave in 10 second intervals (or until it is warm enough). Option 2: Place it in the oven for 5-7 minutes, at 350 degrees (this method is recommended). Keep a close eye on it, so that it doesn't burn/overcook!

How do I eat my Cake Jar?

To enjoy your cake jar, grab a spoon, and dig in! If the cake jar was shipped to you, we highly recommend placing it in the fridge before enjoying.

Do you offer delivery?

We do not hand deliver our products. We offer pick up only.

Where are you located?

I am generally located in Bronx, NY, 10461. The exact location is sent to you after payment has been confirmed.

How do I place an order?

Click the dropdown menu at the top of our homepage, and click on "NYC Pick Up" option. Place your order there, or message us at 347-980-7329, or on Instagram.

Do you handwrite on cakes?

We do not offer hand written messages on our cakes due to the messy look it may give! We only use chocolate molds for our messages, to have a clean and organized look.

Do you use Fondant?

We do not offer fondant covered cakes. Our decorating style is limited to buttercream coated cakes only!
